Day 1: Requirement Gathering
During the first RDC virtual meeting the requirements and expectations are gathered from the clients in order proceed with the sourcing.
Day 2: Due Deligence
In this Meeting Rakindus will sign the NDA to the client company to keep the client information safe and secure


Day 3-5: Sourcing
Our highly talented group of recruiters source highly capable candidates from our pool of our well vetted talented profiles that will meet the required skillsets
Day 7-10: Interviewing & Finalizing Candidates
After a highly challenging Interview process. Final candidate profiles are screened to the clients and Face to Face interview is scheduled via Virtual meeting. Finanalized candidates are hired.


Day 11-12: Setup- & Prep
Selected candidates will be sign NDA's and Contracts. During this period any IT requirements required for the job are taken care of.
Day 13-14: Induction and Rock 'n' Roll
Hired candidated will be given team introduction calls and they're good to go
